Artisans are based on progression at the account level and as such there is no way to reset their levels at this point. That being said, we are considering adding an option or ability to reset artisans for people who truly want to start from scratch.

Myriam Jahzia can see the future, but she’s hesitant to reveal it. Too often, attempts to change events risk making them worse. Nonetheless, Myriam’s dreams have begun to swirl with blood, anguish, and a spreading darkness that threatens to engulf everything she knows. She cannot simply stand by and do nothing, so she searches her thoughts until she finds a figure battling against these terrors.
The mystic has concluded that you represent Sanctuary’s greatest chance for survival. By empowering your equipment and carefully guiding your journey, Myriam believes that she can help bring hope to the world. It’s up to you to prove the truth of her vision.

You specify the item you want, then you choose the enhancement you want, and that enhancement actually has a range. So say the plus experience might be 10 to 20 per cent: when she applies it you might get plus 15 per cent experience. You can reapply that and you’ll have a change of getting plus 16 or plus 17 experience and it’ll never go beneath the current enhancement, but you’ll have a chance of getting something better.
As things look right now, artisans will be account-wide.
