Unidentified item selling

Recently more and more people are selling unidentified items, it turns out there is an elaborate hack that allows you to see what affixes are assigned to an item before its identified. So it’s best to stop buying them until this can be fixed. It’s not that easy to do so not everyone will do it but the odds are against you.

Edit: Apparantly this has been hotfixed, not confirmed though.

If you want to try it for yourself, Snav posted how to do it on the US forums although the thread is probably going to be deleted.

1)Go to sell tab in AH
2)Hit enter to open a chat box
3)ALT+175(numpad)
4)Link unidentified item
5)Click to set cursor in the middle like so: »(HERE)[Archon Spaulders]
6)Tap DELETE key twice.
7)CTRL+A to select ALL
8)CTRL+C to copy ALL
9)CTRL+V to paste ANYWHERE.
